# Service Outage: Apology and Recovery Update

> Initial recovery update for the October 26 outage, with a main incident window of 09:48–11:10 (UTC+8). The incident review and October 28 compensation details are now available in the follow-up notice.

⚠️ **Initial recovery update: most model availability had been restored when this notice was published.**

On October 26, the main incident window lasted from 09:48 to 11:10 (UTC+8), following an unexpected failure at our server provider. Most model availability had been restored when this notice was published, while related services could still experience issues. We take responsibility for this failure to maintain reliable service and sincerely apologize to all affected customers.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our staff. We will help resolve each issue individually.
