✅ **gemini-3.1-pro-preview 已恢复，可放心使用** —— 昨日（5/7）报的 `gemini-3.1-pro-preview` 文本/多模态在谷歌上游 503 高负载问题已恢复。今天上午（5/8 11:44–11:45）调用日志显示流式与非流式调用均正常返回，首字节集中在 **15–54 秒**，提示/补全 token 量级正常，可继续使用。
