2026/10/26 16:35 (UTC+8) · Service Notice ⚠️ IP allowlist reminder: customers who temporarily removed their allowlist should restore the original configuration. Following the October 26 emergency migration, the reverse proxy mechanism affected IP allowlist validation, causing some previously working tokens with allowlists configured to return 401. This notice originally described temporarily removing the affected token’s IP allowlist as a workaround. That instruction is retained here as historical context, rather than current guidance to remove access restrictions. If you temporarily removed your IP allowlist because of 401 errors, please restore the original configuration promptly to reinstate access restrictions and protect your token. For the incident cause, subsequent issues, remediation, and compensation details, see the October 26 incident review and compensation notice.
