Tiered Recharge Bonuses

The larger the recharge amount, the higher the bonus percentage. The public promotion is calculated by single recharge amount, not by cumulative recharge total. Both online payments and corporate transfers are eligible.

Bonus Distribution

Automatic Distribution: Tiered bonuses for recharges of $100 and above are automatically recognized and added by the platform — no manual application required. Bonuses are distributed daily before 1:00 AM (UTC+8), and you can check the console after distribution is complete.

Corporate Transfer Bonus

Corporate transfers also enjoy tiered bonuses. Both online payments and corporate transfers can participate in the recharge bonus campaign.

Example: Corporate transfer of 20,000 CNY; after receipt was confirmed, a recharge of 20,000 CNY and a 15% bonus were completed.

Recharge Amount: $200

Tier Range: $100 ≤ X < $500

Bonus Percentage: 10%

Bonus Amount: $200 × 10% = $20

Actual Credit: $200 + $20 = $220 (1.1×)

Example 2: Recharge $700

Recharge Amount: $700

Tier Range: $500 ≤ X < $1,000

Bonus Percentage: 12%

Bonus Amount: $700 × 12% = $84

Actual Credit: $700 + $84 = $784 (approx. 1.12×)

Example 3: Recharge $1,500

Recharge Amount: $1,500

Tier Range: $1,000 ≤ X < $3,000

Bonus Percentage: 15%

Bonus Amount: $1,500 × 15% = $225

Actual Credit: $1,500 + $225 = $1,725 (1.15×)

Example 4: Recharge $5,000

Recharge Amount: $5,000

Tier Range: X ≥ $3,000

Bonus Percentage: 20%

Bonus Amount: $5,000 × 20% = $1,000

Actual Credit: $5,000 + $1,000 = $6,000 (1.2×)

What Discount Does the Bonus Equal?

The bonus does not change model unit prices. It credits your balance with more, which works out as an overall discount:

These are the same published tiers as the bonus table above. For large corporate transfers and special campaigns, the confirmation you get from support is what counts.

Accounts on a custom negotiated price usually do not also receive recharge bonuses. A custom price is generally already discounted. If you are on enterprise onboarding with separate pricing, confirm with support whether a given recharge qualifies for a bonus before you pay.

Balance Validity (effective 2026-08-02)

Account balances are valid for 365 days from the date of payment. The rules are:

Validity period	Topped-up credit is valid for 365 days from the date of payment
New top-up	Resets the validity of your entire available balance back to a full year
Bonus / promotional credit	Same rule as topped-up credit — 365 days, and likewise reset by a new top-up
Existing balances	Counted as 365 days from the effective date (2026-08-02), not backdated to historical top-up dates
On expiry	Expired balance lapses automatically — no refund, no restoration, no conversion
Checking expiry	The expiry date of your current balance is shown in the console

Size your top-ups to your actual usage: as long as you top up and spend on a regular cadence, each new top-up resets the whole balance back to a full year, so this will not affect you in practice. But if you do not expect to use the credit within a year, do not over-top-up just to reach a higher bonus tier — expired balance is not refunded or restored.

Can first-time bonus stack with tiered bonus?

Yes, they can stack!

Example: First recharge of $700

• First-time bonus: $1 (or $2 for education users)
• Tiered bonus: $700 × 12% = $84
• Total credit: $700 + $1 + $84 = $785 (regular users)

How long does it take for recharge to arrive?

Arrival Time:

• Online Payment: Instant (principal amount credited immediately)
• Tiered Bonus: Distributed daily before 1:00 AM (UTC+8) — visible in the console after distribution is complete
• First-Time Bonus: Manually added after contacting us on Enterprise WeChat, usually within 1 business day

Corporate Transfer: Processed within 1 business day after receipt

What if my first-time bonus hasn't arrived?

Please contact us on Enterprise WeChat to verify; support will assist with processing the first-time bonus distribution.

Is there a minimum recharge amount?

No minimum limit, but recommended:

• Minimum recharge $10+ to avoid frequent recharges
• Recharge $100+ to enjoy tiered bonus benefits
• Larger one-time recharge for higher bonus percentages — weigh this against the 365-day validity period

Does recharged balance expire?

Yes. Effective 2 August 2026, account balances carry a 365-day validity period:

• Topped-up credit is valid for one year from the date of payment
• Any new top-up resets the validity of your entire available balance back to a full year, so a regular top-up and spend cadence is unaffected
• Bonus and promotional credit follow the same rule
• Existing balances are counted as 365 days from 2026-08-02
• Expired balance lapses automatically — no refund, no restoration, no conversion

Can recharged balance be refunded?

According to platform policy:

• Unused Recharged Balance: Refundable in special circumstances
• Bonus Balance: Non-refundable
• Used Balance: Non-refundable

I recharged $600, why only 12% bonus instead of tiered calculation?

Bonus percentage is calculated based on total recharge tier, not cumulative segments.

Correct Calculation:

• $600 recharge falls in $500 ≤ X < $1,000 tier
• Bonus percentage: 12%
• Bonus amount: $600 × 12% = $72
• Actual credit: $672

Not Segmented (incorrect): ❌ First $500 × 12% + Next $100 × 10%

Can I request a different promotion for a large recharge?

The public tiered bonus policy applies uniformly to all customers. Enterprise customers with long-term cooperation or large recharge needs can contact our business team to discuss a specific plan.

Can a business discount be combined with the recharge bonus?

Not necessarily. Separate business pricing or contract pricing is generally not combined with the public recharge bonus. Please confirm with support before recharging.
