Bonuses are credited daily between 23:00 - 01:00 (UTC+8) by our finance team using a “system-automation + human review” workflow. Just check the next day — your bonus will arrive, no follow-up needed.

Bonus percentage is calculated based on total recharge tier, not cumulative segments.

Correct Calculation:

• $600 recharge falls in $500 ≤ X < $1,000 tier
• Bonus percentage: 12%
• Bonus amount: $600 × 12% = $72
• Actual credit: $672

Not Segmented (incorrect): ❌ First $500 × 12% + Next $100 × 10%
